Sharon serves as the Case Installation Manager at IMC, an Accretive Company. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of small & large group submissions, including quoting, underwriting, and case installation. She collaborates closely with brokers and carriers to review and analyze new business submissions, ensuring smooth implementation processes for employer groups and working to resolve any access to care issues for newly installed groups. As a licensed insurance professional for over 24 years, Sharon has extensive knowledge of healthcare reform regulations and their impact on individuals, employer groups, medical carriers, and the insurance broker community at large.

Before joining IMC, Sharon was the Director of Sales Support at a General Agency in Hunt Valley, MD. There, she managed multiple departments, including Licensing & Compliance, Small Group Business, and Individual Consumer Market. Her role involved partnering with insurance carriers and brokers, auditing processes for compliance, and developing and implementing processes to support sales. She has a BS in Business Management from Hampton University, Hampton Virginia, is AHIP Certified, has Health & Life licenses in MD, PA & VA, and has Series 6 and 63 Licenses.
