Martin G. Rochkind, President/CEO

IMC was formed in 1986 by Martin G Rochkind to meet the employee benefit needs of the insurance agent/broker. Marty was a successful personal producer of Life, Disability and Group products in the Washington metro area. He is a life and qualified member of the Million Dollar Table and was a Charter member of the Court of the Table. He has served on several Insurance company advisory councils in developing new products and services for the broker. He has been President of the Leaders Club of Washington, as well as being an active member of the local life association.

With the experience of knowing what services and programs the broker needs to be successful since having been one himself, he has implemented "Value Added Services" with the agent/broker's needs always considered first. Today's his marketing expertise is solely devoted to the activities of IMC and making IMC one of the most successful, respected and service oriented wholesale marketing firms in the area


Robert P. Poli, CBC, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Robert Poli has been in the health insurance industry for over 15 years.While attending the University of Maryland, where he majored in business and marketing, he interned for a employee benefits broker and has never left the industry.

He is a past President of the Greater Washington Association of Health Underwriters and a lifetime qualifier of the Leading Producers Roundtable, the highest level of sales achievement in the employee benefits industry.

He currently serves on the Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield Broker Council and is directly responsible for plan designs and benefit changes for Maryland's largest insurer.
