Broker Recertification Process - Click here to review the guide.
To recertify, brokers are required to take the NAHU DCHL broker training and maintain their state license and carrier appointments.  CE credit is available in MD and DC only. Click here for more info.  
Brokers are notified of their upcoming recertification deadline approximately three months ahead of the deadline via an email from dchl.producer@dc.gov. Brokers will receive a confirmation email when DC Health Link has verified completion of the recertification requirements. The email will include the broker’s new recertification date.

Step Three: Complete Training Requirements through NAHU - Click here to sign up for the training.

Step Four: DC Health Link Broker Portal Registration - Click here to register

Email Notification of Approval
Upon approval of registration, brokers will receive an email from noreply@dchealthlink.com with important information about how to access DC Health Link's broker portal and have client broker assignment.
